Localisation update running a bit slow

The message MediaWiki:Centralauth-login-global/cy was amended on translatewiki.net on 28 May 2011. It still hasn't appeared on cy wikipedia. So I am reporting that the localisation update appears to be slower than advertised.

The (old) message appears on Welsh Wikipedia as the label of a tick box right underneath the password field in the login screen.

I don't know why it is shown in the interface if it is not registered in the i18n file, and I don't have time to dig it up more now either.

The english original message was changed after the last software update (and then you changed that message to the new english message). Changing of an english message stops the update of that message for all languages, because you can have problems with new or changed parameter, plural support and so on. You have to wait for the next big software update.

@Nike: You have to look into the right branch.
