the content of {0} may affect wording in different languages

The message "questionnaire.noresponse" gets displayed when the user fails to answer a mandatory question. The message is parameterized with question name: "Please specify {0}". Here is a sample message: "Please specify Number of electric fans". As one of the translators pointed out, this could be a problem for some languages.

To address this issue, I would like to propose the following: change "Please specify {0}" to "Please answer this question: {0}" (or something similar), where content of {0} will be the question name.
