Message not available for internationalisation

On the right hand side of the main page there is a section just below Widgets-widgets.badges.title ("Recent badges") called "tags" showing a selection of most used tags (it is a sort of tag cloud) for the group. So far it is not possible to translate the heading or at least I have not found the message. Please add this for support. Cheers

I think that's Tags in Shapado - Layouts.

That is what I thought too. However my translation for tags does not appear on the interface as the other translations of this message group do.
