My Catalan teacher would be very happy to see this request, but you should better ask a native speaker. Isn't finding a native Catalan speaker who is eager to translate something into his language the easiest thing in the world? :)

Well, since the licenses are so repetitive, and most of the time only little things change, like language codes, country names, and version numbers, maybe they could have been done with templates.
