e-mail vs email

Hi there. I work for the Wikimedia Foundation fundraising team. I double checked this, and our Italian proofreaders do recommend that we use "e-mail" rather than "email". Both Accademia della Crusca [1] and Treccani [2] prefer this. I also noted that it is significantly more common among all Italian translations on translatewiki (2,690 against 445) and among MediaWiki translations (1,532 against 225). It's a minor point, but we want to be consistent as much as possible.
