I have translated the OSM partially and alredy uploaded them but there is no any change ..is complete translation needed to see the change ?
No, it is not needed. But the import is a two step process. Maybe you haven't given the command to actually upload? See Special:Contributions/सरोज_कुमार_ढकाल for your edits. There are no recent ones.
