Hi,
I checked some random edits and noticed your comment about MediaWiki:Userlogin-noaccount/ab. You can use gender there like this: "{{GENDER:|иумаӡам|ибымаӡам}}".
"{{GENDER:|he|she|unisex}}" is for the current user. In messages that talk about other users and a parameter like $1 is used for a username, you can write "{{GENDER:$1|he|she|unisex}}"

Hello. I removed both иумаӡам and ибымаӡам and just input a plural form of it instead as this is in some cases used as a unisex options. I assume that this line is shown to people not logged on so the gender can not be determined here.
