Batch e-mail message for notification when feedback was marked useful on a post watched by the user. Parameters:

• $1 is a username. Can be used for GENDER.
• $2 is the page the feedback was submitted for
• $3 is link to the feedback entry (link text = Articlefeedbackv5-notification-link-text-view-feedback (“View feedback”))
• $4 is the moderation status of the feedback entry Articlefeedbackv5-notification-feedback-moderation-flag-* (page does not exist).
