Confirmation to the user that they will receive an on-wiki notification when a response is posted. Also inform the user that they will receive an email notification if they confirm their email. Parameters:

  • $1 - Link to Special:Notifications (Growthexperiments-help-panel-notifications-link-text (“notification”))
  • $2 - Link to Special:ConfirmEmail (Growthexperiments-help-panel-confirm-email-link-text (page does not exist)).
