MediaWiki:Newuserlog-create2-entry/qqq
This message is used only to display log entries on IRC, for compatibility with old tools (phab:T36508 – used by LogFormatter::getIRCActionText). It is not used on Special:Log or anywhere else in the normal interface. It may be impossible to translate it correctly, but it can't be changed.
Part of the "Newuserlog" extension.
Used when creating an account for someone else ("$1").
Preceded by the name of the user doing this task.
Parameters:
