Used on Special:RecentChanges.

Similar to wlnote ("Below {{PLURAL:$1|is the last change|are the last <strong>$1</strong> changes}} in the last {{PLURAL:$2|hour|<strong>$2</strong> hours}}, as of $3, $4.") which is used on Special:Watchlist.

Parameters:

• $1 - the number of changes shown
• $2 - the number of days for which the changes are shown
• $3 - (Unused) a date and time
• $4 - a date alone
• $5 - a time alone

Example: "Below are the last 50 changes in the last 7 days, as of 14:48, 24 January 2008."
