Used on Special:RecentChanges.
Similar to Wlnote ("Below {{PLURAL:$1|is the last change|are the last <strong>$1</strong> changes}} in the last {{PLURAL:$2|hour|<strong>$2</strong> hours}}, as of $3, $4.") which is used on Special:Watchlist.
Parameters:
- $1 - the number of changes shown
- $2 - the number of days for which the changes are shown
- $3 - (Unused) a date and time
- $4 - a date alone
- $5 - a time alone
Example: "Below are the last 50 changes in the last 7 days, as of 14:48, 24 January 2008."
