Link text shown on social user profile pages in the networks (sportsteams-profile-networks ("Networks")) section, on the right side (for LTR languages); clicking on this link takes the user to Special:UpdateFavoriteTeams, the special page where they can add, modify and delete their favorite sports teams (which will then show up on their social profile page appropriately)
