Special:GoToLinkedPage is used to find the page for an Item on a connected site.
The first field, "⧼wikibase-gotolinkedpage-lookup-site⧽", is where you enter the language and site code.
For the second field, "⧼wikibase-gotolinkedpage-lookup-item⧽", you must put in the item ID you are looking for.
