مرحبًا.أريد مراجعة مشروعين في 2019:المتتبع (وإن شاء الله سأراجعه غدًا)، وميدياويكي، ولكن لا أعرف كيف أراجع أكثر من 34 ألف رسالة، ولا حتى كيف أعد قائمة بمجموعات الرسائل الفرعية، هل لديكم نصائح؟شكرًا

أعمل حاليا على عدّة مشروعات ويكي توظّف تقنيات الويكي الدلالية بالاعتماد على SMW و Semantic Forms و قد وجدت عدة مواضع في ترجمة تلك الملحقات يحاجة إلى تحسين في الترجمة و تصويبات (نعم بعض الترجمات خاطئة تماما) و بعضها شديد الإبهام و الغموض بحيث يستجيل فهم المقصود بغير الرجوع إلى الإنكليزية.

أظن تلك الأخطاء و القصور جلّه نابع من أن الترجة كانت "عميانية" بلا نموذج استخدام فعلي يضع لك الترجمات على المحك في سياقات استخدامها.

و لأن العمل على ذلك في TW مستحيل فإني أرغب في العمل على ملفات اللغة بتنزيلها ثم إعادة رفعها، و لذك أطلب صلاحية استيراد ملفات اللغة في ملحقات SMW.

الحقيقة أني أتمنى أن أجوّد تلك الترجمات في ملحقات ميدياويكي الدلالية قبل أن تصبح في شيوع ترجمة ميدياويكي نفسها فيصبح من الصعب استدراك الأمر بسبب المقاومة التي تعلمونها جيدا، علما بأن ترجمة ميدياويكي كذلك فيها أخطاء صريحة في الترجمة في بعض المواضع غير المطروقة لذا فإننا نستخدم ترجمتنا في مشروعاتنا عوضا عنها، و نحبّ أن نشاركها معكم لتدمجوا منها ما تشاؤون في ترجمة ميدياويكي العربية.

Hello, please check his contributions. I had to delete his Italian translations because they were blindly copied from machine translation suggestions; he's active on ar.wiki, but given the speed I'm not sure his translations can be trusted. Thanks,

Sorry, the situation is even worse than expected: he copied machine translation suggestions without any check, even with broken links and all sorts of invalid markup, so that there's not even need to check the linguistic part of his work. I'm mass-deleting the translations now; yesterday Raymond didn't export Arab, so the errors have not been spread anywhere.

I have drafted a list of Mediawiki plural rules for all languages. I would be grateful if a translator could check that the rules for Arabic are correctly recorded in the list. If I have made a mistake please go ahead and correct it.

I see that you have got a note of the code for the Arabic Mediawiki plural rules on the arabic project page. However, it could be useful to explain the rules in Arabic, or in Arabic and English, for the benefit of any future new translators who, like me, struggle to understand code. You could also consider explaining how Arabic plural works in projects using CLDR or gettext.
