This should be 'Who and what are we?' ('Who and what we are...' is also OK but a mixture of the two is not!)
The button design needs a tweak (at least on my version of the page, the outside line on the top and right side seems to be a few pixels off, or something).
You probably have a very wide screen (over 1800 pixels wide), is that correct?
Not really. It's 1280x800 and I only use some of it.
I placed the mouse over it to make it red, but in green it's the same.
Notice the grey line on the top and on the right side: it's a few pixels off vertically (below where it should be), the top right rounding in white gets messed and some of the line is visible below the button, on the bottom right.
Windows XP (5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 Build 2600), Internet Explorer 7 (7.0.5730.13)
I'm using the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox, and IE8. I see no such thing. I don't think we will try and fix this. In any case we advise to use the latest versions of browsers if you can, and preferably Firefox or Chrome, as those are the browsers we mainly develop on.
One issue I do see on Chrome and IE8, but not in Firefox, is a link underline for the link in the box.
