Usage:

This template "clears" both margins without taking any additional vertical spacing; it is often used before a header to make sure that the header will be the full width of the page, to skip previous elements that may still be floatting on the left or right margins, or to make sure that the following content after it will not be flowing on the same line as the inline content before it (so it also implicitly terminates a paragraph of text).
