Namespace names

There have been so many edits to namespaces that I don't feel comfortable changing them. I'd like Raj Singh, TariButtar, VibhasKS and Zarienah to come to a consensus on what the namespaces should be. Once you confirm here that you have come to a consensus, I'll change things in the software.

But there are only aobut 5 active users on pa.wiki. Ok then i will try to talk to them also. Even though i did once.
