This message is very long (seems an entire page is in this message). Wouldn't it be better if this was split into smaller messages (one or more per section)?
Update: It also seems the page contains wikilinks to articles which may/may not exist on a particular wiki (and it looks like these were made based on english wikipedia). I think these should be removed from the original (source, i.e english) message.

You do realize that there's a potential of users here translating the bibtex syntax, among other stuff which shouldn't be translated.
Yes. And because you did, obviously, you added a remark about not doing that to the message documentation, right?
Added notes to the doc. They need to be formatted though (the "don't translate" text needs to use the template which produces the red font color with the bulb image, whichever template that is).
Also, I left in the original doc, though I'm not sure what it means here.
