About [[MediaWiki:Notification-mention/en]]

This message uses the name of the page without the namespace as $5. The message as currently used seems odd to me. For example, if someone on the English wikipedia were to receive a notification about a mention on the administrators' noticeboard; the message would read "the administrators' noticeboard talk page" which seems to suggest that the user was mentioned on the talk page associated with the admin noticeboard, not the noticeboard itself.

As I see it, either the language needs to be clear, which would require that the namespace be mentioned in $5; or the message be split for talkspaces and subjectspaces.

Note that the admin noticeboard example above comes from the exact same happening on the hindi wikipedia (with hindi interface, which is also similarly confusing, courtesy the flaw in the original English).

Would this require filing a bug at bugzilla?
