Please document parameters. Possibly needs plural support on one or both.

In practice, neither parameter of this message should ever return a singular value, but I have gone ahead and added plural support to both parameters just in case.

I have also documented this message and its parameters for the QQQ section of MultiWikiTasks' i18n file.

The problem isn't that it can ever return a singular in English, the problem is that languages other than English do not necessarily have one single plural form. For some background see w:Plural, or check out various plural rules at CLDR to understand what you're dealing with.
