Wikia no longer actively develops this extension or has it enabled anywhere. Siebrand, could you be kind enough to remove it from translation?

I'd really like you guys to start maintaining that file and submitting patch sets for it. I've agreed this a few times with Tim Bartel now... Please follow up with him. I've tutored TOR.
