Delete oddball Mr/Mrs address in MediaWiki:Bs-email-greeting-receiver/en

In the message MediaWiki:Bs-email-greeting-receiver/en, users who have specified their gender are addressed with Mr or Mrs respectively (by using {{GENDER:$1|Hello Mr $2|Hello Mrs $2|Hello $2}},). This formal address is at odds with the way the users are normally addressed. In a majority of e-mail-related messages, the users are addressed with plain Hello or Hello {username} (see [1]).

Unless there is a good reason for using a formal address in this particular message, I suggest we increase consistency by changing it to plain {{GENDER:$1|Hello $2}},. If there is a good reason for using the formal address, then at least it should be changed to a form that does not make any assumptions about marital status, that is, the current Mrs should be changed to Ms (or Ms.).

If this is not the appropriate place for requesting such a change, please tell me (I have followed the link “Suggest improvements at Support” that appeared when I hit Editing MediaWiki:Bs-email-greeting-receiver/en).
