The tmr wikipedia on Incubator (here) should use Right-to-Left directionality.

Since the language is extinct ([1]), is there really a need? I highly doubt there will be much interface translation, nor activity on Incubator (nor approval by Langcom as a new wiki) [Wikisource might be viable, though].

This is WONTFIX. I'm not a langcom member, but I would suggest you find the best match modern day language and start gathering information in its Wikisource.
