False language contributions for CU localisation of MediaWiki

First of all pages like MediaWiki:Protect-cascadeon/cu should not go into production. It isn't even fully translated into Russian let alone the actual Church Slavonic which is CU locale is supposed to be. Who would fix this mess? It's been month.
