Glossary - part 1

Guess I skipped this topic the first time. It's a bit much for now, but I wouldn't consider implementing a "templated" solution. I'd like to use an existing extension for English glossary functions, and once we have such a think, with autolinking/auto tooltipping and the whole shebang, I'd like the next issue to address to be terminology repositories :).

Great. No need to bust a gut over this (meaning no hurry) and I am willing to help out when the time comes.
