According to a message on the Administrator's Noticeboard at sv.wikipedia the IP range 91.198.174.192/27 should be added to the autoblock whitelist because it is used by the tool server. It has been added locally but I think it should be added globally, at least if it is true that this IP range really belongs to the tool server.Best regards --MagnusA (talk) 07:32, 6 June 2012 (UTC)

There is no list maintained here that IP address could be placed on. I think you may have better luck in bugzilla:.
