Navit project is looking for better ways of translation

Hi, I like to introduce our project "Navit" to the TW community. It's an open navigation system and as we recognized, that our development is slowed down, we plan massive refactorings.
We used Launchpad for a while, but currently we just maintain our translations at the SVN and thus, a lot of packages are simply out of date.
To include the perspectives of a translation team and to avoid the use of an XXL platform as launchpad, I like to ask who might assist us on our very first steps into TW? Would be nice to discuss important aspects, as the point of the switch over etc.
Till now, there is no update on our request. Please provide us more information that we can reflect at our roadmap. Is TW willing to accept us as a project, or not?
As there was no response here and at several mod requests, we had to decide to take off our aplliment and quit our engagement at TW. Very sad, but this forced us to switch back to Launchpad :(
