Renaming request

Hi all, I would like my account as translatewiki.net to be renamed. I would like to use my real name ("Martin Urbanec") as my username. By looking into Special:UserGroupRights I can see only members of staff group can do this. So could you do it for me? Or should I place this request to another place? Thanks in advance.
