Where to change Sinhala Wikipedia's Title? It is currently displayed as Wikipedia and must be changed to විකිපීඩියා, නිදහස් විශ්වකෝෂය...

"Wikipedia" is the si.wikipedia $wgSitename. You have to make a requst in bugzilla: and request the following to be added to InitialiseSettings.php:
