Someone added MediaWiki:Skinname-blueprint/de translation to the Blueprint skin, but it's identical to English. Later that message key was marked optional in qqq.json, and I think that's why the skin's CI tests are now failing (sample): the banana-checker reports the error "The translation of "skinname-blueprint" is a duplicate of the primary message."

I understand a future version of banana-checker will relax this requirement, but the translation is redundant and I could use a fix now. Thanks!
