Unused template

Well, This was to be the redesign of Template:ProcessNavigation, I'm still working on it, because it's not ready, yet. My dream is that it worked differently than this mentioned above. I agree, we don't need two same templates, but could you help me with porting it's design to Template:ProcessNavigation? I'm also think that TW-navigation is a better name for template than the ProcessNavigation. Please, tell me what do you think about my little ideas (redesign & rename).
