i try to make a fresh installation of MediaWiki, for make a new test.

Looks like you may be missing the following line:

    $wgEnablePageTranslation = true;

Also, you can probably do without:

$wgTranslateEC = array_keys($wgTranslateAC); // All modules

It's all described in Page_translation#Page_translation_only_setup.
