Please only localise in zh-hans and zh-hant

Hi. Please only localise in zh-hans (mostly equivalent to zh-cn) and zh-hant (zh-tw) and discuss on Support if you think there is no way around it. We're using the language code usage from MediaWiki here. If other products implement language code differently, we map them in exports/import, but not in the wiki themselves. Thanks for your understanding.
