Empty plural form

@Chrumps: Thanks for translating this message! But is the double pipe in jedna deklaracja||$3 deklaracje really correct? That means that for forms with 2-4 statements, the number of statements won’t be shown at all, only the link and grammatical features.

I’ve changed it to jedna deklaracja|$3 deklaracje now, which means that deklaracje will be used for 2-4 statements and deklaracji for all larger numbers; this might not be entirely grammatically correct, but I hope it’s better than showing nothing for 2-4 statements. If it needs to be something different, by all means please overwrite or discard my edit.
