Monuments API is a tool to search for data and images about monuments described in Wikimedia projects (including wikimedia Commons, Wikidata, and Wikipedia in various languages). It is used within the “Wiki Loves Monuments” initiative to whose goal is to help finding monuments around the world and present them with accurate location info and illustrating them with relevant medias.

The Monuments API is part of the collection of Intuition tools, hosted on Wikimedia Toolforge.

Exports

Languages with translation completion less than 1% are not committed to version control. If the project consists of multiple message groups, the limit is applied to each group separately.

Translation updates are exported to version control every Monday and Thursday.
