Translating:Oppia
Oppia is a tool to collaboratively build interactive lessons, distributed under Apache license 2.0. Translation of these lessons (as opposed to the platform text) requires more complex rich-text support, and is handled within the Oppia website rather than on TranslateWiki.
The Oppia Language Accessibility team is currently working to make lessons on basic mathematics available to students around the world, especially those in less well-served regions.

Plural rules and special markup syntax
Oppia uses a specific plural syntax, like: {categoriesCount, plural, =1{1 Category} other{# Categories}}
This syntax is based on messageformat.js and angular-translate, as noted in the oppia documentation. https://messageformat.github.io/guide/#pluralformat should contain all technical information on the plural format.
N.B. Please do not translate anything in <...> or <[...]> brackets -- this is typically HTML/Angular code, and should be left as-is. Text outside such brackets may be translated.
For example, in <a href="abc">text</a>, please translate only the "text" part in the middle and keep the surrounding <a href="abc"> and </a> as-is.
Exports
Languages with translation completion less than 90% are not committed to version control. If the project consists of multiple message groups, the limit is applied to each group separately.
Translation updates are exported to version control every Monday and Thursday.
