I wonder about sentence "You can update redirects that point to the original title automatically." in source message. I read there was kind of bot now disabled. The source needs updating, doesn't it?

It's a configuration setting, which is now disabled by default. When enabled, this part should probably be shown, but not otherwise.

Well, if the automatically updating part usually doesn't apply, it should be, for instance, split into separate messages? Should a bug be opened?

I've created an (untested) patch at User:The Evil IP address/move.patch. Is here ok to ask or should I go to Bugzilla?
