When and where should I use <nowiki>!!FUZZY!!</nowiki> in translation?

I realized some of the translations must follow "!!FUZZY!!", but others don't. So when and where should I use that?

No, usually translations aren't supposed to have "!!FUZZY!!" in them. It is added automatically when the original string was changed and the translation must be updated. After you update the translation, remove the "!!FUZZY!!" string.
