толышә зывон-tolışə zıvon

That's the autonym of the Talysh language. Both things say the same, first in Cyrillic, then in Latin. I don't know which alphabet is used more. AFAIK, the Arabic alphabet is used, too. Maybe all three need to be supported. We need expert opinion about this.

Talysh people mainly live in Azerbaijan and in Northern part of Iran. In Azerbaijan all Talysh people use latin alphabet. Most people even cannot read cyrillic alphabet in which the project is registered as "толышә зывон" by mistake. In Iran, they also use latin script as well as arabic script. But Talysh people, who live in Azerbaijan cannot read arabic script at all. So, latin script would be very convenient for all.
