fallback for uk

A fall back language exists for when it is needed. I expect that English is the fall back language for Dutch. In the same way as with Russian the English is never seen because there is no need for it. Thanks,

Please remove Russian fallback for Ukrainian language. (Or maybe it is already removed?)
