Use Romanian when no translation available

Can we add Romanian (ro) as language fallback for rup? If we do, users whose interface language is rup will see messages etc. in ro whenever a translation is missing. Currently, they're forced to see English instead.

Dear Nemo, I want you to know that I fully support your proposal. Thank you for dedicating time to the Aromanian Wikipedia!

Bad language name

Armãneashce, the current language name used by Mediawiki doesn't appear to me to have been chosen very wisely.

The founder of the Aromanian Wikipedia, back in 2004, was from an area where, under the influence of the Slavic languages of the area, the Aromanian subdialect is characterized by a few regional phoneticisms.

Hence the -șc/-shc pronunciation, instead of the established -șt/-sht, spread the majority of Aromanian subdialects. My suggestion therefore would be to change the language name from Armãneashce to Armâneaști.

Later edit — I have submited this to the Bugzilla server, as follows: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69477.

Thank you,
