Delete?
Verdy p, hi, should this page be deleted maybe? On Commons, this is a redirect. As a result, we have the same file categorized twice: the source and the target of the redirect.
Yes, redirects have no uses for "File:" pages and can be deleted if this is all what they contain (no description, no catagoeyr, and no content translcuded from Commons under the same name).
However non-redirect local description pages are still useful, even if the file is hosted in Commons (you don't need to place any redirect to it if it has the same name on commons: You'll get the description page from Commons but without its categories, AND a local description that can supply local categories, but you don't need to upload any local copy of the image itself and of its description)
But in this case, the file on Commons is names differently, so you should delete that dummy redirect that has no use (this is not what allows pages to transclude an image, ir is just used in case there's a page pointing a description page that is now located/named elsewhere; but before doing that you should check incoming links from other pages, and fix them with the new location).
In this case here also, the redirect has no incomng page pointing to it, so the redirect has no purpose at all (and it is NOT categorized anywhere, this is not causing any "duplicate" in any category).
