Parser seems to incorrectly render the page

Parser seems to incorrectly render the page

I can see that by some means the parser is incorrectly rendering the page. The first list item is all bold while it should not. 

* '''Firefox / Safari:''' Трымайце ''Shift'' і націсьніце ''Reload'', ці націсьніце ''Ctrl-F5'' або ''Ctrl-R'' (''⌘-R''' на Mac)
  • Firefox / Safari:' Трымайце Shift і націсьніце Reload, ці націсьніце Ctrl-F5 або Ctrl-R (⌘-R на Mac)

If I place a space after a colon and between ''', then it renders as follows: 

* '''Firefox / Safari: ''' Трымайце ''Shift'' і націсьніце ''Reload'', ці націсьніце ''Ctrl-F5'' або ''Ctrl-R'' (''⌘-R''' на Mac)
  • Firefox / Safari: Трымайце Shift і націсьніце Reload, ці націсьніце Ctrl-F5 або Ctrl-R (⌘-R' на Mac)

Is it a MediaWiki bug or something wrong with the message itself?
