Well, I'm translating projects to Tunisian now, so I think I can answer the question. We are using Latin script, for the best fallback language, it's French, for additional preferred helper languages, it's Moroccan, Algerian and Maltese.

Also, please fix the name of the language, it's Tounsi (not زَوُن)
