Translation number

Is it intentional that message documentations (qqq language) count in?

Dani | talk23:48, 17 October 2010

Hoi, documentation is really helpful and prevents problems with translation. Writing good documentation takes more time then only localising a message..

Indeed. I really don't mind that /qqq counts as a valid contribution.

Thanks, it's really fair, gives chance for more people to contribute :)

Do realise that it can take up to 5 minutes to contribute message documentation, where it rarely takes more than a minute to contribute a translation. However, I would be ecstatic if someone would qualify for a part of the cut making contributions to message documentation only.

Yes, you are absolutely right, I documented only 2 of them, and I had to browse sources to get the info, so its not so easy. However I thought on languages which have fewer, but almost 500 messages.
