Most qualifying translations

Hi Olli, at the last rally over than 3,000 massages were tranlated by winner. see in Project_talk:Rally-2011-04#translatewiki.net_April_2011_Translation_Rally_results_13491

This rally, it looks like ~1200 will suffice. That's mainly because the scope was smaller.
