How to enter more than one possible translation? E.g. one for the verb form of a term, and another for the noun form.

My take is that this should be done "the wiki way", i.e. it is up to the translators. The same English spelling can be many different things (noun, adjective, verb etc). But any ideas for improvements and/or how to make that clearer are of course welcome.
