EOL:Website-association trusted for taxa/en, EOL:Website-association unreviewed for taxa/en and EOL:Website-association untrusted for taxa/en is not will need plural.
I'm not sure what you're saying here, but these do need (and already have) pluralization. Adjectives can be modified by plurals in some languages.
