There are languages such as Platinean, German, Colognian, Swiss German, Austro-Bavarian, Upper Saxon, Low German, and more that do not allow "count" to be lower case. Remedy needed.

What I think is that the message documentation may be incorrect, and what is actually meant is that the text inside the code tags should not be translated. Will get that checked at some point.
