What does "which might not be completely actual." mean here? That the cached version may differ from the current revision, or that the current revision could have been moved, or even deleted? Please clarify. Thanks.

This is a message displayed on special pages (contaning lists of pages with certain properties) that are served from the cache, as apposed to having been compiled run-time. This means that the displayed data may differ from the current situation.
